Creates enhanced fines for persons convicted of specific offenses (stalking, harassment, burglary, criminal trespass, etc.) when an unmanned aerial system is used to commit the offense, requiring fines double the maximum amount otherwise authorized.

Defines "unmanned aerial system" as a powered aerial vehicle without a human operator that uses aerodynamic forces for lift, can fly autonomously or be remotely piloted, can conduct surveillance, and can be expendable or recoverable, excluding model airplanes and rockets used for sport or recreational purposes.

Expands the offense of simple trespass to include knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in the airspace directly above premises up to 400 feet above ground level using an unmanned aerial system.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
