Appropriates $4,000,000 from general revenues to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for fiscal year 2015-2016 to host the 2016 International Union for Conservation of Nature World Conservation Congress.

Event will be held at the Hawaii Convention Center from September 1-10, 2016, marking the first time the Congress will convene in the United States.

Appropriation shall not lapse at the end of fiscal year 2015-2016; any unencumbered moneys shall lapse on June 30, 2017.

Congress expected to attract over 8,000 delegates from more than 160 countries and includes over 1,200 member organizations (200 governments, 900 non-government organizations, and 85 U.S. member organizations).
