Authorizes the Department of Health to disclose lists of deceased persons to state agencies that maintain confidential official lists and are prohibited by federal law from sharing information.

Department of Health must deliver death lists to requesting agencies within six weeks after the end of each quarter or other agreed upon period, including the decedent's full name, birth date, death date, and last four digits of social security number if known.

State agencies receiving death lists may only use the information for the purpose obtained and must not further disclose any information on the lists.

Department of Health may charge a reasonable fee for providing historical death lists and may develop electronic systems interfaces to provide the required information.

Extends the repeal date of Act 27, Session Laws of Hawaii 2014 from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2018 to allow the death reporting program to continue.
