Extends board member terms from three years to four years for the Board of Nursing and the Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Changes the maximum consecutive service limit from six years (two three-year terms) to eight years (two four-year terms) for both boards.

Aligns these two boards with the other 23 boards and commissions in the professional and vocational licensing division, which use four-year terms.

Applies retroactively to members currently serving on both boards at the time of enactment.

Effective upon approval.
