Amends the composition requirements for the medical advisory board within the office of the state director of transportation to increase flexibility in physician specialties.

Removes the requirement for one specialist in each of five specific fields (psychiatry, neurology, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology/optometry, and cardiovascular disease).

Expands eligible medical specialties to include psychiatry, neurology, orthopedics, ophthalmology or optometry, endocrinology, geriatrics, and addiction medicine.

Allows the board to consist of physicians with interests in one or more of these fields rather than requiring one physician per specialty.

Takes effect upon approval.
