Requires chiefs of police and state/county law enforcement agencies to use a domestic violence identification code on all incident and arrest reports where a crime was committed or attempted between family or household members, effective July 1, 2017.

Mandates that law enforcement agencies report monthly statistical information on identified domestic violence incidents to the attorney general within thirty days after the end of each month, beginning with July 2017 data.

Authorizes the attorney general to audit reporting entities to verify the accuracy of domestic violence reports and to determine which crimes qualify as domestic violence crimes.

Requires law enforcement agencies and reporting entities to make domestic violence statistical information publicly available and post it on their respective websites.

Defines "family or household members" using the same meaning as section 709-906 of Hawaii Revised Statutes.
