Establishes a two consecutive four-year term limit for board members in planned community associations (§421J-3), condominiums under §514A-82, and §514B-107 regimes.

Allows holdover board members to continue serving if no other candidates seek their position.

Permits former board members to be re-elected to the board if at least one year has passed since they left office.

Applies to existing and future condominium projects, with a grandfathering provision allowing current members who have already served more than two consecutive four-year terms to continue until the next regularly scheduled election.

Takes effect upon approval.
