Establishes a Korean natural farming pilot program within the Department of Agriculture to test using Korean natural farming techniques (indigenous microorganism collection and reintroduction) to combat agricultural pests including little fire ant, coffee berry borer, macadamia felted coccid, ohia wilt, coqui frogs, and fire weed.

Creates a Korean natural farming coordinator position to head the program and collaborate with stakeholders on implementing the techniques.

Adds funding for the Korean natural farming pilot program as an eligible use of the agricultural development and food security special fund under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 141-10.

Appropriates unspecified funds from the agricultural development and food security special fund for one full-time Korean natural farming coordinator position in fiscal year 2016-2017.

Sunsets on June 30 (year unspecified in document) with statutory amendments reverting to their prior form unless reenacted.
