Appropriates $2,978,549 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2016-2017 operations, plus $150,000 for special studies and legislative requests

Appropriates $2,800,000 to the audit revolving fund and $6,300,000 from the audit revolving fund for auditor operations during fiscal year 2016-2017

Appropriates funds to the Legislative Reference Bureau ($3,463,419), Office of the Ombudsman ($1,216,970), and State Ethics Commission ($1,009,695) for fiscal year 2016-2017 expenses; includes vacation payout allocations totaling $499,172 across all agencies
