Establishes a Native Hawaiian Housing Task Force attached to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to review and identify duplicative housing-related services among state agencies serving Native Hawaiians.

Task force membership includes representatives from the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Department of Human Services, Office of the Governor, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Hawaii Community Development Authority, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, and Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.

Task force shall elect its own chairperson, with members receiving no compensation but reimbursement for reasonable expenses, and shall submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2017 regular legislative session.

Task force is dissolved on June 30, 2017.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2016-2017 to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs for establishment and operation of the task force (specific dollar amount not specified in bill text).
