Appropriates funds for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to the University of Hawaii system to ensure compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013.

Funds are designated for staff positions including investigators, coordinators, educational specialists, and trainers to address campus sexual violence.

Funds also cover materials including online training for staff and students, professional development resources, and operating supplies.

Requires the University of Hawaii to submit reports to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2016 and 2017 regular sessions detailing the use of appropriated funds and compliance status with Title IX and VAWA requirements.
