University of Hawaii board of regents must study the feasibility of selling or leasing the land and/or physical structure housing the University of Hawaii Cancer Center.

Study must evaluate potential buyers, modes of offer, alternatives for leasing or selling the underlying land, alternatives for leasing or selling the structure or portions thereof, ground rent renegotiation scenarios, repair and maintenance cost assumptions, lease-back rental amounts, and projected revenue gains.

Board of regents shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2016 regular session.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2050.
