Requires all transient accommodation operators to designate an "on-island agent" residing on the same island as the property to act on their behalf.

Defines "on-island agent" as either a licensed real estate broker/salesperson under chapter 467 or an unlicensed custodian/caretaker employee who can work for only one operator.

Requires operators to provide the on-island agent's name, address, and contact information to any homeowner or condominium associations within 60 days and include it in rental agreements and posted in the accommodation.

Mandates associations to report all relevant operator information to the Department of Taxation by December 31 annually or within 60 days of any changes, with penalties of $75 per member for noncompliance.

Requires transient accommodation registration identification numbers to be displayed on all online advertisements and solicitations for the property.
