HI HCR1

Establishes mandatory recess dates for Hawaii's 2016 Regular Legislative Session: February 25-26 and 29, and March 1-2, pursuant to Article III, section 10 of the Hawaii State Constitution.

Establishes additional recess dates for the 2016 Regular Session: January 26 and 28, February 10, March 7 and 9, April 1, 11, and 13, and May 2 and 4.

Requires concurrent approval by both the House of Representatives and Senate to establish these recess dates for the Twenty-eighth Legislature.
