Designates June 27, 2016, as "Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Day" in Hawaii.

Encourages public, private, and military service providers to educate service members, veterans, families, and the general public about causes, symptoms, and treatment of post-traumatic stress injuries.

Aims to reduce stigma associated with post-traumatic stress by referring to it as an "injury" rather than a "disorder" to encourage those affected to seek timely medical treatment.

Applies awareness efforts to all individuals affected by trauma, including combat veterans, abuse victims, crime victims, and natural disaster survivors.

Requires certified copies be sent to the Governor, Adjutant General, Director of Health, and Director of the Office of Veterans' Services.
