• Requests the Executive Office on Aging and University of Hawaii Center on Aging to establish a working group to review adult education services available to seniors in Hawaii.

• Working group should examine Department of Education adult education services, University of Hawaii free senior enrollment opportunities, and identify potential new learning opportunities for seniors.

• Working group composition should include representatives from the Department of Education, University of Hawaii Center on Aging, UH Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs and Community Colleges, UH Outreach College, AARP Hawaii, and Kokua Council.

• Requires the working group to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2017.
