Request that the Department of Health adopt rules requiring medical professionals to provide pregnant women with information on support resources when prenatal tests establish or likely establish a diagnosis of Down syndrome or other disorders.

Prohibit abortion providers from performing or inducing abortion based on prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome or other disorders unless the pregnant woman has received information about prenatal, neonatal, and long-term care resources, except when abortion is necessary to protect the pregnant woman's life or health.

Require the Department of Health to maintain an updated list of national and local resources for care of children born with mental or physical disabilities and make it available to medical professionals.

Require medical professionals to maintain records of counseling provided to pregnant women, including the resource list provided by the Department of Health, subject to Department inspection.
