Urges the City Council and Mayor of Honolulu to adopt legislation prohibiting jumping and diving into the water at Spitting Caves in Hawaii Kai due to dangerous conditions.

Documents at least eight drowning deaths at Spitting Caves since 2000, including recent fatalities in 2014 and 2015.

Requests the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City and County of Honolulu update signage at Spitting Caves to reflect the proposed prohibition on jumping and diving from the cliffs.

Directs certified copies be sent to all City Council members, the Mayor of Honolulu, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
