Calls for a joint session of the Hawaii Legislature on Friday, April 22, 2016, at 12:00 noon in the House chambers to appoint three state officials.

Appoints Robin K. Matsunaga as Ombudsman for a six-year term under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 96-2.

Appoints Charlotte A. Carter-Yamauchi as Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau for a six-year term under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 23G-1.

Appoints Leslie H. Kondo as Auditor for an eight-year term under Hawaii Constitution Article VII, section 10.

All three appointees' terms commence on May 1, 2016, and appointments require majority vote of each house in joint session.
