Requests reevaluation of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' draft feasibility study for the Ala Wai Canal Project, which proposes flood risk management measures in the Ala Wai Watershed on Oahu.

Proposes that reevaluation assess the quality and uncertainty of information presented, and consider alternatives that prioritize use of public property over private landowner properties for flood management structures.

Directs greater public review time and participation for the Project, which currently plans to construct detention basins, floodwalls along 1.9 miles of the canal, and other structures across 17 sites totaling about 18 acres.

Requires certified copies be sent to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District Commander, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, and Mayor of Honolulu.
