Requests the State Public Charter School Commission to form a working group to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a high school diploma granting public charter school program for adult learners aged 20-26

Working group shall examine potential impacts to existing adult education programs, including the Department of Education's Community School for Adults

Working group composition to include interested legislators, the Department of Education Superintendent, a Board of Education member, a State Public Charter School Commission member, community non-profits with adult learner experience, and other interested stakeholders

Requires the State Public Charter School Commission to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the 2017 Regular Session

Working group shall be dissolved on June 30, 2017
