Urges state agencies (Governor's Office, Department of Agriculture, Department of Health, Department of Education, Department of Land and Natural Resources, and Office of Hawaiian Affairs) to implement recommendations from a March 2016 Joint Fact Finding Study Group report on pesticide use by large agribusinesses on Kauai.

Study Group found significant data gaps in the state's understanding of pesticide exposure, environmental harm, and human health impacts from agricultural pesticide use.

Recommends systematic collection of better pesticide data and environmental and population testing for possible pesticide exposure to fill existing oversight gaps.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to relevant state officials including the Governor, Department heads, Board Chairpersons, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs leadership.
