Urges the City Council and Mayor of Honolulu to adopt legislation prohibiting jumping and diving into the water at Spitting Caves in Hawaii Kai.

Documents at least eight drowning deaths at Spitting Caves since 2000, including four specific fatal incidents in 2014 and 2015.

Requests the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City and County of Honolulu to update signage at Spitting Caves to reflect the prohibition on jumping or diving from the cliffs.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to all Honolulu City Council members, the Mayor of Honolulu, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
