Congratulates Chadwick Kamei on his induction into the Bandworld Legion of Honor as the 2015 Laureate, an honor established by the John Philip Sousa Foundation in 1989 to recognize outstanding band directors nationally.

Recognizes Kamei's extraordinary efforts demonstrating initiative, creativity, and teaching excellence as music program director at Pearl City High School.

Acknowledges Pearl City High School's marching band performances at major national parades including the McDonald's Thanksgiving Parade in Chicago, Tournament of Roses Parade, and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, as well as international performances in China, Japan, and England.

Extends recognition to Pearl City High School's administration, faculty, Band Booster Club, and colleagues Lee Ikeda and Christopher Lopez for supporting Kamei's achievement.

Commends Kamei for providing outstanding leadership and mentorship to students and extending the power of music to the people of Hawaii.
