Recognizes PATH (Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawaii) on its 30th anniversary, a community-based non-profit bicycle and pedestrian advocacy organization founded in 1986 that promotes safe pathways and bikeways on Hawaii Island with over 3,500 members.

Honors Hawaii Bicycling League on its 40th anniversary, Oahu's oldest and largest cycling organization founded in 1975 that advocates for bike lanes, bike safety, and hosts events such as the Honolulu Century Ride and Haleiwa Metric Century.
