Recognizes Abenel "Tiger" Wong, born May 9, 1919 in Kohala, Hawaii, for his service and accomplishments to the state.

Honors Mr. Wong's military service as one of 3,937 glider troops in the D-Day invasion on June 6, 1944, where he was injured and hospitalized.

Commends his service in the Korean War with the 5th Ranger Outfit, where he suffered gunshot and knife wounds and rescued a fellow soldier, earning two Purple Hearts.

Acknowledges his civilian career as a Honolulu Police Department officer (solo bike division, 1961) and crane operator for Hawaiian Dredging for 27 years.

Recognizes his involvement in motorcycle clubs and his roles as grand marshal for the Street Bikers United Hawaii Toy Run Parade (December 2014) and Waimanalo Christmas Parade (2014).
