Notes that Kamehameha Schools is the third-largest landholder in Hawaii and faces development obstacles on some properties due to public objections, limiting capital resources for its educational mission.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, Hawaiian Homes Commission Chair, Kamehameha Schools CEO, and Board of Trustees Chairman.
