Urges conservation, development, and utilization of game mammal, game bird, and fishing resources to promote sustainability and food security in Hawaii.

Recognizes that introduced species such as pigs, goats, sheep, and deer are now established game mammal resources and should be included in game management efforts.

Directs state departments to integrate local hunting and fishing industries into food security and sustainability strategies while preserving and promoting these cultural practices.

Acknowledges that Hawaii imports 85-90 percent of its food and residents depend on subsistence hunting and fishing (Molokai residents derive approximately 40 percent of daily sustenance from these sources).

Requires certified copies be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture and the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
