Requests the Superintendent of Education establish a task force to identify vocational programs appropriate for implementation at public high schools.

Directs the task force to develop vocational program curricula and identify costs and barriers to reintroducing vocational programs at public high schools.

Requires the Superintendent to invite representatives from trade unions and community college apprenticeship training programs to join or provide input to the task force.

Mandates the Superintendent submit a report with task force findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation no later than 20 days before the 2017 Regular Session convenes.
