Designates June 27, 2016, as "Post-Traumatic Stress Awareness Day" in Hawaii.

Encourages public, private, and military service providers to educate service members, veterans, families, abuse victims, and the general public about post-traumatic stress causes, symptoms, and treatment.

Reframes post-traumatic stress as an injury rather than a disorder to reduce stigma and encourage affected individuals to seek timely treatment.

Notes that post-traumatic stress can result from combat, sexual assault, abuse, accidents, bombings, and natural disasters.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, Adjutant General, Director of Health, and Director of the Office of Veterans' Services.
