Notes that Act 180 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2010) appropriated $8,000,000 for cafeteria construction, equipment, and site improvements at the school, which was completed in 2015.

References that most cafeteria staff positions were relocated to another school during construction and have not been returned despite community requests.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be sent to the Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, Principal of Keaukaha Elementary School, and President of the Keaukaha Community Association.
