Amends Act 134 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2014), Section 10, to change the word "repeal" to "reduce" regarding an appropriation for a joint investment study.

Corrects the appropriation reduction for fiscal year 2013-2014 relating to the Employees' Retirement System and Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund joint investment study.

Removes language stating that the appropriation reduction does not affect funding for fiscal year 2014-2015.

Acknowledges that the Department of Budget and Finance may not be able to expend the full appropriation for fiscal year 2013-2014.

Takes effect on July 1, 2115.
