Changes the Department of Health's requirement to post inspection reports from "shall" to "may" for inspections occurring on January 1, 2015.

Establishes a mandatory posting requirement beginning July 1, 2015 for inspection reports of seven types of state-licensed care facilities including adult day health centers, long-term care facilities, and special treatment facilities.

Extends the posting deadline from five working days to thirty calendar days after the department issues the inspection report to the facility.

Removes the requirement to include specific information in posted reports such as violation descriptions, plans of correction, and corrective actions.

Maintains the three-year removal timeframe for posted reports containing violations after the report posting date.
