Expands the Hawaiian Language College Revolving Fund at the University of Hawaii at Hilo to accept revenues from fees for services, training, and sale of language-related materials, not just sales of Hawaiian language materials.

Allows the Hawaiian Language College, Hawaiian Language Support Center, and Indigenous Outreach Program to deposit generated funds into the revolving fund to support college operations, services, and outreach programs.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 304A-2270 to broaden the scope of permissible revenue sources for the revolving fund.

Directs all moneys deposited into the fund to support the Hawaiian Language College, including its master's program, doctoral program, teacher education program, and preschool through grade twelve laboratory school.

Takes effect upon approval.
