Establishes the Erin's Law Task Force, chaired by the superintendent of education, to review current sexual abuse prevention policies, programs, and curricula in public schools and recommend a comprehensive program for grades pre-kindergarten through twelve.

Task force comprises 12 designated members including the superintendents of education and health, the attorney general, directors of human services and early learning, Hawaii Youth Services Network, Sex Abuse Treatment Center, board of education, charter school commission, legislative keiki caucus member, school principals, and a teacher.

Directs task force to recommend a program that educates students on recognizing sexual abuse, safe versus unsafe touch and secrets, how to report abuse, and strategies to identify and prevent sex trafficking of children.

Requires program recommendations to include at least four annual instructional sessions, teacher and staff training on sexual abuse response and mandated reporting, parent engagement components, and use of evidence-based, culturally sensitive curricula with measurable outcomes.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2017 regular session, with implementation expected in the 2017-2018 school year; task force dissolves on June 30, 2018.
