Removes outdated statutory language related to department assistance with group life insurance, medical insurance, hospitalization, health insurance, and pension/retirement plans.

Clarifies existing employer record-keeping requirements by updating statutory language while maintaining the department's authority to prescribe record retention periods and access standards.

Takes effect upon approval.
