Amends the definition of "sexual conduct" in Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 707-750, 707-751, and 707-752 to expand it to include actual or simulated sexual intercourse with specific types of contact (genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal contact) whether between persons of the same or opposite sex.

Removes references to "homosexuality" and "lesbianism" from the definition of "sexual conduct" in sections 707-750, 707-751, 707-752, and 712-1210.

Amends section 712-1210 to remove references to "homosexuality" and "lesbianism" from the definition of "sexual conduct" used in obscenity offenses.

Applies to penal code sections relating to the promotion of child abuse and obscenity offenses.

Takes effect upon approval.
