Prohibits creation of condominium property regimes on agricultural land consisting of 25 or more acres.

Prevents existing condominium property regimes on agricultural land from being amended to allow residential dwellings.

Bans subdivision of agricultural land of 25 or more acres for the purpose of creating a condominium property regime.

Prohibits any residential projects created as condominiums under chapter 514B or planned community associations under chapter 421J on Class A or B agricultural lands with soil classified as overall productivity rating A or B.

Effective upon approval, with amendments to section 205-4.5 preserved if that section is repealed and reenacted on June 30, 2019.
