Requires all hospitals in Hawaii to establish annual influenza vaccination requirements for health care workers as a condition of employment, following CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommendations, with vaccination completed before the start of influenza season.

Mandates hospitals provide free influenza vaccinations to health care workers and maintain written policies documenting vaccination status or medical exemptions signed by licensed health care providers.

Requires unvaccinated health care workers to wear surgical or procedure masks during influenza season (October 1 through March 31) when in direct contact with patients and in common areas.

Exempts health care workers from vaccination requirements if they have a documented medical contraindication, a sincere religious belief objection, or if vaccine supply is insufficient.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, and requires hospitals to collect and maintain aggregate vaccination data and signed vaccination certificates for one year.
