Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues to the Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife for fiscal year 2016-2017 for albizia tree management on the island of Hawaii.

Requires complete removal of albizia trees from highway rights-of-way; non-hazardous trees outside rights-of-way shall be treated and left in place.

Directs funding toward albizia control in five specific areas: Highway 132 between Lava Tree State Park and Pahoa, isolated patches between Kalapana-Pahoa and Pahoa-Keaau, the hospital corridor in Hilo, and other areas deemed necessary by the Big Island Invasive Species Committee.

Permits fund transfers to other island invasive species committees if the project cannot be continued on Hawaii island.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
