State procurement office shall establish and maintain a statewide database containing all procurement contract data from governmental bodies, accessible to each governmental body.

Each governmental body must provide all procurement contract data to the state procurement office in the form and manner prescribed by the office.

Chief procurement officer of each jurisdiction is responsible for collecting and transmitting data to the state procurement office, including all costs associated with data transmittal and system establishment.

Appropriation of funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2016-2017 to the Department of Accounting and General Services to establish the statewide procurement database.

Act takes effect July 1, 2050.
