Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 707-733 to add a new subsection (d) to the offense of sexual assault in the fourth degree.

Makes it illegal for a person to knowingly engage in or cause sexual contact with a minor who is at least 16 years old when the person is contemporaneously acting in a professional capacity to instruct, advise, or supervise the minor.

Requires that the person be at least 5 years older than the minor and not legally married to the minor for this offense to apply.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that existed before the effective date.

Takes effect January 7, 2059.
