Authorizes condominium associations to cast votes for director elections when the association owns a nonresidential unit in a mixed-use project with separate voting classes for residential and nonresidential units.

Applies only to mixed-use projects where directors representing residential units are elected by residential unit owners and directors representing nonresidential units are elected by nonresidential unit owners.

Takes effect upon approval.
