Clarifies supervision requirements for licensed clinical social worker licensure in Hawaii, which requires 3,000 hours of post-master's clinical work experience with at least 100 hours of direct face-to-face supervision.

Specifies that of the 100 required supervision hours, at least 60 must be individualized supervision and no more than 40 hours may be small group supervision (up to six supervisees).

Permits applicants to fulfill some or all of the face-to-face supervision requirement through video conference services that comply with federal and state privacy, security, and confidentiality laws including HIPAA.

Requires applicants using electronic supervision to review the laws and rules of other jurisdictions to determine potential impacts on license reciprocity in other states.

Effective upon approval.
