Requires organ procurement organization coordination to develop and maintain instructional materials related to organ and tissue donation.

For minor students, programs must notify parents or guardians of organ donation instruction, make materials available for inspection, and obtain written parental consent before instruction is provided.

Allows minor students to be excused from organ and tissue donation instruction upon written request from a parent or guardian.
