Extends board member terms for the Board of Nursing from three years to four years under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 457-3.

Extends board member terms for the Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology from three years to four years under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 468E-6(c).

Changes the maximum consecutive service limit for Board of Nursing members from six years to eight years (maintaining the two-term limit but extending each term from three to four years).

Applies the new term lengths to members currently serving on both boards at the time of the Act's approval.

Aligns these two boards with the other twenty-three boards and commissions under the Professional and Vocational Licensing Division to provide consistency and continuity for board member effectiveness.
