Deletes references to the Department of Human Services in certified nurse aide regulatory statutes, reflecting the transfer of health care programs to the Department of Health effective July 1, 2014.

Amends section 457A-1.5 to remove Department of Human Services from the definition of entities regulating state-licensed or state-certified health care settings.

Amends section 457A-2 to remove Department of Human Services references regarding disciplining of certified nurse aides in health care settings licensed by DHS.

Amends section 457A-3 to clarify that the Department of Health (not DHS) reports substantiated findings about certified nurse aides to the state registry within ten working days.

Repeals section 346-47 entirely, which previously authorized DHS to investigate and take action against certified nurse aides for abuse, neglect, and misappropriation of property in DHS-licensed health care settings.
