Adds lands held by Hawaii Public Housing Authority to the list of lands exempt from the definition of "public lands" under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-2.

Renumbers existing statutory exemptions (8) through (11) to become (9) through (12) to accommodate the new exemption for Hawaii Public Housing Authority lands.

Aligns Hawaii Public Housing Authority treatment with existing exemptions for other state entities including University of Hawaii, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, and Hawaii Community Development Authority.

Takes effect upon approval.
