Requires the state ethics commission to provide confidential copies of current financial disclosure statements to the governor, board/commission executive directors, and all other members of the same board or commission.

Mandates that recipients of financial disclosure statements maintain strict confidentiality at all times and are subject to penalties under sections 84-31 and 84-39 for any unauthorized release.

Requires destruction of all copies of a member's financial disclosure statement by the governor, executive director, and other board/commission members upon expiration of that member's term of office.

Maintains existing provisions that financial disclosure statements are destroyed six years after filing or election, except those involved in ethics commission investigations or proceedings.
