Requires public agency boards to report any discussion or final action taken during executive meetings when the board reconvenes in the open meeting.

Information reported must not be inconsistent with the purpose for which the executive meeting was convened under section 92-5, including matters affecting individual privacy.

Grants boards discretion to maintain confidentiality of reported information for as long as disclosure would defeat the purpose of the executive meeting.

Effective date is July 1, 2030.
